The terms on which Correct Wire builds, hosts and supports websites ordered on the Package page, sells its Website Chatbot, and runs this website.

These terms apply to everyone who uses correctwire.com, and to every order placed on the Package page — a website of any kind: for a business, a clinic, a school, a shop, a professional, an NGO, a portfolio or anything else built from the items on that page — as well as to the Website Chatbot, the AI Website Builder, the Website Doctor and the other tools on this site.

By paying for an order you accept these terms and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you order for a business or an organisation, you confirm that you are allowed to do so on its behalf.

We may update these terms; the date at the top says when they last changed. The terms in force when you pay apply to that order.

Every price is published on the Package page in Indian Rupees, and the price shown when you pay is the price charged. Pages and image uploads are priced per unit, the other items once, and the domain and hosting for a year at a time.

The domain is the one figure that is not fixed: its price is a starting price, premium names and some extensions cost more, and we confirm the exact price with you before registering anything.

Anything not on the list — an online store, a booking system, extra integrations, custom design work — is quoted separately in writing, and that quotation's terms apply to it.

Website pages — one page per unit, designed for desktop, tablet and mobile and filled with the text and images you provide. Every page gets its own title, description and structured data and a place in the sitemap, so search engines and AI assistants can read it.

Image uploads — your photographs, logo and product shots, optimised for the web — up to 100 images per website; more only by written agreement.

AI chatbot — answers visitors from the content of your website and passes their details on to you. It runs on a third-party AI model within fair-use limits (section 9).

Admin panel — a sign-in for you to change your own text and photos without a developer. One staff login is included; keep it safe, because whatever is done with it counts as done by you.

Enquiry form — every enquiry is emailed to the address you give us, so keep that inbox working.
